PROficient's team follows a philosophy of assisting youth players to get to the right soccer clubs domestically and internationally to enable a progression that will ultimately benefit the player's club, their national team, and the players themselves. We intend on giving back to the game that gave so much to us by guiding our talent in the right direction and are focused on building a career for our clients based on their individual needs and abilities.

As ex-professional soccer players, we are able to identify player's individual talent better than our competition and place them at the appropriate club for their development. This knowledge allows us to articulate the unique skills our players have over the current team roster. Over several years playing with and against many current coaches, general managers, technical directors and owners, our opinions are valued and trusted through these relationships.

Our philosophy is that our player roster will be built on quality, not quantity. We understand the time that should be dedicated to you as a player and are looking to change the industry standard. We see the value in building individual relationships with each of our players rather than focusing on increasing our own numbers.

We have a global network of relationships with clubs that enable us to have a direct line of communication pertaining to the player. We have grown up playing the game and our network allows us to interact with any team in the world. While other companies are attempting to make contact, we are already concluding your contract.

PROficient brings together accomplished legal representatives to provide the player with proven results and continued negotiations with some of the biggest clubs around the world. Accompanied with the legal expertise is our knowledge of budgets from the various leagues and what our player's value is in each of those markets.
